Figure 9-4 shows a file that both inherits permissions from its parent and has permis sions applied locally. The Full Control permission box is not grayed to indicate that it is applied to the local folder and not inherited. Figure 9-5 shows the Permissions tab on the Advanced Security Settings dialog box, which confirms this. It shows that the Full Control permission is not inherited. The onMessage() method is where all the business logic goes. As messages arrive, the container passes them to the MDB via the onMessage() method. When the method returns, the MDB instance is ready to process a new message.

JMS is frequently used as an integration point for business-to-business (B2B) applications, so it s easy to imagine a message coming from an external business partner (perhaps a third-party processor or auditing system). Like a session bean, the MDB can access any other session bean and use that bean to complete a task. An MDB can manage a process and interact with other beans as well

10. On the Trust Password page, shown previously in Figure 4-22, type the trust password in the Trust Password and Confirm Trust Password boxes. This password must match the password used in the realm. Click Next. 11. On the Trust Selections Complete page, verify that the correct trust settings appear, and then click Next. 12.
